어제는 정말 힐링하는 날이었어요!
맛있고 건강한 음식으로 배를 두둑히 채우고,
한나쌤의 @y.h_ana 요가로 릴렉스 시켜주고,
여리마스터님의 @solar_yeori 새로 오픈한 클래스인
밸런사이클 레벨업 수업 들으면서 후달달 거리기 시작했는데
거기에 예나나의 수업은 오랜만에 Barre 수업으로
진행하여 결국 아주 탈탈 털어버렸습니닷🤘😆

근데 진짜 너무 좋았어요!!!!!!!!!
이렇게 운동하고나면 아침에 근육통이 엄청나서
일어나기 힘들지만 
괜히 거울을 보고 으쓱으쓱 하답니닼ㅋㅋㅋ

Losing weight, eating healthy, staying mindful…

This stuff is NOT easy.

If it were, everyone would be struttin’ around with six-packs and big bodacious booty-bums 🍑

Truth is, no matter how long you do this or how hard you try, you are going to screw up again and again and again.
⠀
And that’s 100% okay.
⠀
Cause health & fitness isn’t about being perfect.
⠀
It’s about learning from your mistakes and ALWAYS choosing to get back on track as quickly as possible… no matter what.
⠀
Your success comes from doing two things:
⠀
1. Learning from your past mistakes, and then…
⠀
2. use what you learn to make each new day the BEST you can make it [along with never letting one “off” day take away from what you do the next day to get right back on track].
⠀

It's natural to have some regret for the past and worry about the future...
⠀
But at the end of the day, all you have to do is WIN the day.
⠀
Then when tomorrow comes, win that day.

Repeat that process, and see what happens :)
