Chocolate chips on my toast so you know it’ll be a good day! I remember when I was like a year weight restored and was still putting in SO MUCH mental work. nobody was really “worrying” about me (misconception that eds are only harmful when a person is dangerously underweight. eds are detrimental not matter what size the person is, you literally cannot tell how someone is doing by looking at them) but I had sooo far to go.
One morning I was like wooo I’m gonna challenge myself so I put chocolate chips in my oatmeal and the whole morning I was like wtf I’m so happy what is this. Eating foods you like makes you happy ppl!!! And your happiness and mental health is so much more important than eating x calories or running x miles or getting whatever grade on whatever assignment.
Das it today. Also ate eggs with this but they were ugly. Sorry @ eggs ...
HELLO. Reminder that serving sizes are arbitrary and portion size varies depending on who’s eating it! Have talked about this a ton before but you see the same package (and therefore the same serving size) as toddlers, older adults, Olympic athletes, your friend, your parent, etc. You’re the only one who knows the amount that’s going to satisfy you. Serving sizes are there to quantify nutrients for people who may need to know (like people who may need to make sure they’re getting enough iron, people who medically need to keep track of carbohydrates etc) and they are meant to be manipulated to the amount that person actually eats.
That being said for me, the sweet potato gnocchi from Trader Joe’s is not 3 servings. It’s one portion 💯.

I was like halfway through trying to make mashed cauliflower when I remembered I just moved and don’t have all of the ingredients, so I present to you garlic parmesan cauliflower mush/semi-mash. Sounds gross, but I swear it tastes SO good 🤷🏻♀️😂 I topped it with a delicious piece of baked salmon seasoned with @primalpalate seafood seasoning and a bit of chili powder and added some crispy roasted Brussels sprouts to the side. #CauliflowerMush ...
