Last night I had a little stand at the St. Ambrose Careers Fair. Upon arrival I noticed all the other stands had fancy marketing material. I however had nothing but a few business cards and a smile. Nobody came to my pathetic looking table. Never one to be upstaged I "acquired" these desserts. Who can turn down a free cake?! Needless to say my table became popular! ...

❌. Their inability to adapt to market changes and a slow #housing market in general. 🏢
❌. An inability to create other sources of income and #cashflow in their #propertybusiness *
Sadly this is only going to increase. In any business you have to adapt or die. If you’re not growing you’re dying, and if at any stage you get complacent you’re stuffed.
Thankfully we own a business built on #successful strategies, are keeping our eyes on market and legislation changes, are always looking for a new #businessopportunity to make #profit and benefit our clients, and are always building new streams of #passiveincome 💃🏻
