- if you weren’t underweight, you weren’t ill
- recovery is all about weight
- you can’t do it alone
most of these speak for themselves: ‘just doing’ recovery isn’t that simple, or easy; of course we will look back, but looking back doesn’t have to defeat us; reaching maintenance weight does not mean time to exercise...

See my last post 😊 Recovery is more than weight, more than a good relationship with food and with our bodies; it’s also a better relationship with our minds. And although it’s great to have support while we recover, and I fully recommend seeking some, that doesn’t mean recovering on your own is impossible. So to anyone who doesn’t feel they have anyone, know that you can still do this 🥰
