Sneak peek! 🎉
I’m super happy to share a little peak at one of the recipes from my upcoming cookbook ‘Rebel Recipes’
So here it is - my maple & miso aubergine with sticky coconut rice, green beans. It’s got it all - sweet, sticky and slightly salty miso roasted aubergine and on a bed of creamy coconut rice with crunchy green beans and topped with crushed roasted peanuts and fresh herbs - it's pretty special.
I really hope you like it (along with all the other nourishing and tasty plant based deliciousness within the book)...

Warm Cinnamon Bread 💫 Made this rolled bread yesterday filled with warm cinnamon sauce - if you want to make this too it’s actually the same recipe as my cinnamon buns. Just swirl around and roll randomly like this in a bread form and bake around 10-12 minutes!.

Sweet Potato Platter 🙌🏻 Is it acceptable to just eat this for dinner? 😜 I mean, it has 3 different dips so that basically covers all the food bases.... right? Made this to enjoy while we watch some football tonight because I always have to have snacks in front of me 🤷🏼‍♀️ Snacks that are centered around dips are my personal favorite, but I don’t get too picky haha. I cut the sweet potatoes into different shapes just for fun because it keeps things interesting and it’s no extra work. Perfect little appetizer for Sundays watching football 🏈 or bachelor Monday’s which sadly aren’t a thing rn 🙄 which dip would be your fav?! I’m an avocado gal thru and thru 🙌🏻 -

#recipe details 👉🏻 4 small sweet potatoes sliced into chips and fries and coated with 2 tbsp of avocado oil (can use any oil) and sprinkled with pink Himalayan salt and pepper. Kept the flavor simple so I could have more flavor in the dips. Baked at 425F for 35 mins. Paired with @traderjoes everything but the bagel dip (soooo good) + mashed avocado + @aldiusa salsa #eeeeeats #healthylifestyle #choosingbalance.

CHOCOLATE STEEL-CUT OATS! steel-cut oats are my favorite! they’re naturally gluten-free (always check the label to make sure they’re not processed) they are low on glycemic index, loaded with fiber, high on protein (7g of protein in every 1/4 cup serving of dry oats) and contain good amount of fiber. plus the consistency is amazing! they’re thicker and chewier 🤩🤩🤩
I usually add some protein powder to make them higher in protein + some yummy toppings cuz toppings are life 😋

soak 1/4 c steel-cut oats the night before in 1/2c HOT water. In the morning add in another cup of water, pink salt, vanilla extract and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. then add1/4 c almond milk, 1 tbsp raw cacao powder and @vitalproteins collagen and cook until ready. i topped mine with bananas, maple butter, coconut yogurt + hemp seeds (for healthy fats) and fresh figs🤤 #oats #porridge #glutenfree #dairyfree #healthymoodsf.

Nas duas primeiras fotos vocês podem ver que todas as sementes que plantei, germinaram. Antes de serem colocadas no local definitivo é preciso fazer a separação delas ou cortar as menos desenvolvidas. Eu particularmente prefiro cortar pois assim não danifica as raízes. Depois que você deixar uma mudinha apenas agora sim poderá replantar para que ela vire uma planta adulta, volumosa e bonita! Essas mudinhas são de Couve Chinesa da @feltrinsementes. Algumas hortaliças não precisam ser separadas, é o caso do coentro, cebolinha e rúcula ▶️ Aproveite para ver o vídeo no YouTube de como eu preparo a terra para plantio, o link do canal está na descrição do perfil!.
