[EN] If you're starting to code I have something to tell you: WILL NOT BE EASY! Just like anything else you want to learn, you'll start at the bottom. It will take months and years of hard work to get you really good at a new skill. It will be challenging and you will feel like you want to quit at some point. Or at several points, in fact.
So how do you not give up? YOU NEED A GOAL. Answer this question right now: What do I want to achieve with coding? That will be your purpose and motivation to move forward. To make things easier for yourself make sure you have something in your mind that motivates you day after day. You'll be doing a lot of things on your own, so most of the time you'll just have to know how to push yourself through the hardest times.
Also, learn what motivates you:
-If you love learning alone, try several books and online courses.
-If you prefer to learn from others, find a group and join people with the same goal.
-If you're not sure how to get started, just start trying different ways to learn.
But while it's hard, believe me, learning to code is also incredibly rewarding and empowering! •
So, what do you want to achieve with coding?

HONOR THE SPIRAL 🌀 One of the things my functional MD told me during our last appointment hit me like a ton of bricks and then the tears were overflowing: “It is safe to be here” as she put her hands on her body. • I received much programming growing up of the exact opposite!! So sad and so real, for many beings on earth. We MUST FEEL SAFE to grow, expand, try, make mistakes, and try again. Otherwise we are frozen, otherwise we are scared, otherwise we access only a fraction of our potential. 💠 • Today, sitting in ceremony with myself- talking to my body, talking to my inner child, I told her, “It is safe to be here 💗 I am so sorry safety has alluded you for so long, but it is here and always has been. It is safe to come home, it is safe to be in your body, it is safe to be in your timing. It is safe to receive and let go. You are always provided for. You are so held and so worthy of love and healing.” • I received such waves of profound healing from myself today, and am beaming out so much love and gratitude ✨ THANK YOU for being here reading this, thank you to this space for holding my journey, thank you to the endless opportunities to come back to myself and remember remember 👁 ...
