This beautiful vibrational series class is for all those who wish to learn and begin practicing the ancient sound science of Vedic Healing Chant. No previous experience in singing, chanting, or the practice of Vedic Chant is required—only interest and a desire to learn and practice vibrational healing through sacred sounds inherent in Vedic Healing Chants.

A hot bath is equal to a gentle workout session... No really it’s true!
When I was healing from a twisted vertebrae in my neck, working out was basically not happening for me. Trust me I tried, and I kept re-injuring myself setting my healing back even further. So I did my research and found that immersing yourself in a hot bath for 20-30 minutes 2x a week gets your heart rate up, helps control blood sugar levels, and helps balance our moods.
Now add some Sole Water (diluted Himalayan pink salt water), or epsom salt and turn on some frequency music and you have a mini healing workout/spa session.
Don’t forget to hydrate!
**Salt water carries frequencies, and our bodies are mainly made up of water. This being why adding the salt and listening to frequency music is so beneficial.
