Who reads research papers or studies to learn new things?🙋♀️👇🏼
The summer before I started my freshman year of college, I was accepted into a program that allowed me to do research with a professor, before starting engineering school.
One of the first things they had us do is to pick two papers from credible science journals only. The subject was micro fluid dynamics, and I had to read these papers and explain the experiment and results.
This was soooo hard for me knowing absolutely NO fluid dynamics or even engineering jargon. I was 17.
BUT after hours of reading these papers over and over again, I started to kinda understand the very advanced topics discussed.
I've spent the last week going through different papers, studies, and articles to learn something new and create content that was extremely scientific. I'm excited to show you what I've created.
I've also grown to appreciate my ability to read research papers that aren't related to engineering... and still learn what's going on. Science is logic, and I love that.
What's your fave science thing to learn about? ...
