Last week I had serious moments of anxiety, of panic, of loneliness. I felt it all. I embraced it, I released it, I let it go. Feeling the ups and downs isn’t always a bad thing - it makes us human and allows us room to grow and room to let something new in☺️. Looking back on the last few months, I can honestly say I experienced the most personal growth of my entire life. I started to understand myself more. To let go of what’s weighing me down and visualize clearly what I want. While I cried in the low moments, I never gave up on that vision and I always believed the best is yet to come.

HOLIDAY POMEGRANTE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING ✨ Let the holiday recipes begin!! Can’t believe it’s already that season. This year has seriously flown by faster than any other year before. I love enjoying this chia pudding for breakfast or a healthy afternoon snack! 😍 It’s so quick & easy to make 🙌🏻 RECIPE:
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
Mix together above ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, then enjoy in the morning topped with pomegranate seeds, berries, and chocolate granola! Enjoy! ❤️✨ #becksliveshealthy ...

I used to eat chia pudding alllll the time circa 2014 (anyone else?!) + now I often forget how good it is! just mix 1/3 cup chia with 1 cup milk of choice and layer on watever toppings you like! I did PB + bluebs + coconut + cinnamon. soooo guuud💯
